In our signature digital course, Storytelling Through Style, you’ll learn to create the intentional, story-focused imagery House of Joy has become known for. From the fundamentals of styling itself, to the process of research before styling, and more, our course covers the essentials for creating thoughtful styled images that will woo your ideal client and attract the attention of publications.

In-Person Classes
Join us in-person for our Foundations of Flatlay Styling classes, where we’ll use designs, florals, and props to re-create styled images from REAL weddings. You’ll also learn how to create imagery and styles that can help you tell your clients’ stories in your own work.
Online Styling Course
Our Digital Foundations of Styling class is perfect for those who can’t join us in-person, but are still looking to level up their detail styling game. You’ll learn everything you’ll need to start telling stories through your detail styles and flat lay images.

Need a refresher on the fundamentals heading into your new wedding season? All previous Foundations of Styling students are welcome to join us in our annual refresher class!

Our Storytelling Through Style course is ideal for any creative professional who will be styling details or imagery for their clients or their own brand. The students who have found our course most helpful have been wedding planners, photographers, stationers, and branding experts. It would also be a great fit for cinematographers, florists, small shops or product-based businesses, and restaurants. This course does not include any instruction on how to design or style an event.

Our on-site styling and creative direction consulting is most popular with businesses in our local area of Southwest Ohio, including Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
