A New Orleans Garden Party

Emergence New Orleans was inspired by the iconic jazz that colored the 1920s, the beautiful blend of culture and history, and the vibrant streets that give New Orleans its charming character. Attendees kicked off their Emergence experience the first morning with registration at the historic Hotel Monteleone, King Cake and coffee, and live music, and then transitioned into exploring pieces of the city, savoring the iconic cuisine, and soaking up the rich history of NOLA.

In the city considered to be the heart of Jazz, we welcomed our guests into a world of brass bands, historic architecture, and rich local culture. Inspired by Slim Arons vintage photography, Jackson Southard Events created our overarching event theme - jazz age garden party. Educational aspects, tailored details, curated menus, and cocktails were all kept at the forefront of the planning, knowing that each and every guest deserved time for connection, experience, inspiration, and enjoyment.

Our captivating guest speakers brought inspiring lessons to attendees on how to discover their own unique voice and find the true artists inside themselves.

At the final Cornerstone Dinner, held at the gorgeous, vintage Hotel Peter & Paul, the space was designed so that guests felt as if they were sitting amongst a jazz-age inspired garden. The reception hall, which was originally a beautiful, old church, had ornate, towering, stained glass windows lining the walls of creams, pinks, and golds. Lush florals and ornate linens further ensnared the senses of guests throughout the evening. Curated entertainment, including arealists dressed in true 1920s attire, an immersive champagne experience, a poet, a focal point water feature, custom stationary, a live band, and more, were all a part of the overall design and approach. Emergence NOLA was such an incredible experience that encouraged guests to discover unique parts of the city and connect with colleagues old and new.
