Mira Zwillinger
This dress at the Mira Zwillinger presentation stopped me in my tracks. The placement of the floral lace and applicate feels sopiciated and leaves just a bit of sexy with the deep cut neckline. The bodice is accompanied by sheer sleeves with the same lace. The dress continue sin toa straight sheath style but surprises us with a sheer horsehair skirt overtop with deliatly placed floral appliques. In person the sheer skirt gives so much depth to the applique but also the shadow detail that happens with this skirt make sit so fun and romantics. But my favorite detail, is that the horsehair layer creates a horizontal stripe effect and I am a stripes girl. This is the one I would take home right away.

Ese Azenabor
Towards the end of the Ese Azenabor show this pale blue dress walked out. A sophisticated, clean, trumpet silhouette but the neckline detail of individually beaded bows that are stacked and sculpted around the neckline and was such a cute. The bows are a nice departure to the typical floral and fauna detail. The bows continued all around the dress on the the back. An how fun is this blue!

Ituwa
I had a chance to preview the collection from Ituwa, an established Japanese designer, that is coming to the American market. The gowns are full of some incredible fabric and beautiful shapes. There gowns are a perfect fit for the women who knows her body and appreciates delicate and statement details. This rose toned dress was made of a special fabric that is actual a softer pink underneath so when the inner skirt shoes it is just as beautiful. Flowing from the arms are a tulle floral embroidered accents that can be wrapped around the arms or left as a train. On the back features a removable ruffle detail. I had a hard time leaving this presentation. He is quickly a favorite designer.

Ines Di Santos
I’m lovingly calling this the Garden Gate Dress. The trellis style embroidery and beading creates this interesting shape and flow to the dress. I appreciated the use of leaves instead of flowers. In person the dress appears in a soft green with a nude/peach undertones. It’s romantic while still giving an architectural feel from the pattern play.

Markarian
I just adore the silhouette that Markarian uses. This cute cap sleeve gown with a flowy A-line skirt has the most romantic detail on the back side. Can you tell I have a thing for bows right now? But this bow is so structured and feels like a little kiss to seal the design on the back.

Galia Lahav
A favorite designer of our brides, Galia Lahav was a delight to see. With floral appliques, full skirts, and lots of convertible pieces there was a bit for everyone. But this one was my favorite. The petite floral appliques just danced around this dress and down the sleeves which can be removed.

LEIN
Lein Studios pronounced line, was a new one for me this year. Designer Meredith is dual based in Sun Valley, Idaho and New York City. You can feel the ease of Sun Valley come through her designs. This one in particular moved and flowed like water. As she walked the hall it just flowed around her. Such a beautiful and dare I say comfortable silhouette that defines understated!
